All sales made through Or Lev Studios are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item meets the specific conditions listed in this policy.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

    • You must contact Or Lev Studios within 48 hours of delivery

    • Clear photo or video proof of the damage is required

    • Damage caused by wear, washing, misuse, or improper handling is not eligible

  2. No-Show / Item Not Received
    A refund may be issued if:

    • Your order was confirmed but never delivered, or

    • A scheduled pickup was missed due to our error and the item was not provided

    Proof of purchase and delivery confirmation may be required.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size, fit, or color selected at checkout

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
